My Superfood Equivalent

Who here is going to sit down in one meal, and eat:
  • 1 whole red pepper, 
  • 1 cup of brussel sprouts, 
  • 4 eggs, 
  • 2 cups of baked beans, 
  • 1 cup of spinach,1a large steak, 
  • 1 fillet of fish,
  • 2 beets, 
  • 1 banana, 
  • 1 heaping cup of cottage cheese, 
  • 1 cup of rice/grains, 
  • 1 bottle of yogurt drink, 
  • 2 tbsp of flax seed and greens?
What would your grocery bill be like if you ate all of this a couple of times per day? 

 How would you feel digesting all of that? 

This is what I am getting nutrients-wise in each shake or protein bar because they are not snack additives....they are meal replacements.

 When it comes to supplements, do your homework! They're not all created equal.

Maximum nutrition, super-charged energy, vitality, and they taste amazing!  

The added benefits?  Healthy weight-loss, and the building of lean muscle!
